The Biancaneve Hotel is a small, cosy hotel featuring 35 rooms and suites as well as large indoor and outdoor spaces.
Only guests are accommodated in the hotel.
With our online check-in tool, you can check-in comfortably and easily from home.
All public places are equipped with dispensers with disinfectant solutions available for you and our collaborators.
Our guests can consult the daily programme, the Beauty & Spa brochure and the daily menu directly on their own mobile phone or tablet.
In addition to high-speed internet, all rooms and suites are equipped with a desk and a chair. This way you can easily combine business with pleasure even during your holidays!
In Selva Val Gardena there is a tourist medical service as well as various general practitioners. The hospital of Bolzano is at 45 km and the traumatology centre of the Dolomiti Sports Clinic at 9 km.

All games and toys provided to children are disinfected on a daily basis. The Kids' Club is sanitised daily during the night hours.

The processing of food and the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner is carried out ac-cording to the strict HACCP hygiene guidelines (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
As far as possible, only local, so-called km 0 products are used.
Guests are placed at the same table for both breakfast and dinner. The dining room is well organised so that guests can maintain given minimum distances.

We guarantee a professional cleaning of all rooms. Fresh cleaning utensils are used for each room.
All rooms and suites are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitised before the arrival of our guests. Certified professional cleaning agents against bacteria and viruses are used for disinfection.
The linen is cleaned by an external laundry service which guarantees a proper disinfection.
Antibacterial and antiviral cleaning agents are also used during the daily cleaning service.
All rooms are aired daily.
To open the room door, the guest receives a chip card. The card opens all doors contactless and is disinfected after each use.

Sanitizers and cleaning cloths are available at the entrance and in the relaxation areas.
The sauna area, the indoor "7-dwarfs" swimming pool, the heated panoramic outdoor swimming pool as well as all the kids’ playgrounds are open.
The pool water is cleaned with chlorine filters.
Relaxation areas and deckchairs are regularly disinfected. Sanitizers are available.
The Beauty & SPA centre is regularly open for beauty treatments and massages.
The fitness centre is regularly disinfected. Sanitizers are available for the fitness equip-ment.

Critical areas such as handles, windowsills, benches, lift buttons, etc. are disinfected several times a day by using professional cleaning products.
As our hotel is situated at an altitude of 1600 metres, we do not need air conditioning. The natural environment of the Dolomites provides us with clean and fresh air.
The common rooms are aired manually on a regular basis. Some areas also dispose of automatic ventilation.
These automatic ventilations are set with 100% fresh air supply. There is no air recycling!
Dispensers with hand sanitizers are available at several spots.

Everyone washes their hands regularly and uses hand sanitizers.
Our employees are constantly informed about the current Covid 19 measures during internal training.
Several of the hotel's employees have attended first aid courses.
