Visitor’s tax

Italian Law requires the payment of a tourist tax per person per night, not included in the total cost of the booking, to be paid directly to the Hotel. Children of less than 14 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax. From 1 January 2026, the local tax is €4.50 per person per night.

Trip cancellation insurance

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the trip insurance.

Reservations & Cancellation policy

The reservation becomes binding once the deposit of 1/3 of the total amount is paid. According to Art. 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

For cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be converted in a voucher * of the same value, valid for one year.
From 30 to 20 days prior to arrival we retain the deposit
From 20 to 10 days prior to arrival 60% of the total amount will be charged
In case of cancellations with less than 10 days before the arrival date, delayed arrivals and anticipated departures, the cost of the whole stay would be due. Non-used services, such as meals, are not refundable.

* The voucher is valid for one year. The expiry date refers to the day on which the unused booking starts.

The voucher is not transferable .

The voucher will lose its value if not used within the specified period and can no longer be claimed.
