From our hotel, which is situated right next to the ski slopes, you head straight to the core of the famous Sellaronda and the Dolomiti Superski ski carousel – Europe's largest ski area. With more than 1,200 kilometres of pistes the ski area promises well-groomed ski runs for athletes of all levels. But the best thing about it? One single ski pass grants you access to this great winter paradise.
Young skiers starting from the age of two can practice their first turns together with our ski instructors on the easy practice slopes and wide ski pistes in front of our hotel. Meanwhile, adults like to seek out the thrill on more difficult slopes such as the legendary Saslong, the Ciampinoi or the La Longia. A stopover at a mountain hut is an essential part of a successful ski day in Val Gardena.
The very brave will adore the adrenaline rush at the Sassolungo Snow & Fun Park on the Piz Sella or at the Funslope Selva at the Dantercepies ski arena. A great experience for your whole family. There are up to 10 kilometres of cross-country ski trails for both beginners and advanced skiers. The overall 80-kilometre network of sunny cross-country skiing trails on the Alpe di Siusi, which can be reached from Selva Val Gardena, will certainly raise the heartbeat of many cross-country skiers. Every trail is double and triple-tracked and, at an altitude between 1,800 and 2,200 metres, they are perfectly suited for either skating or the classic cross-country skiing.
