A family hotel offering gourmet cuisine

Families have different culinary requirements. Our family hotel in the Dolomties offers the most suitable options for every requirement: a dedicated kids' menu for children and substantial dishes for teenagers, whereas adults can choose among a variety of delicious Italian, intetnational, and South Tyrolean dishes prepared by our in-house chef Alessandro Bregoli.

CULINARY KID’S SPECIALS

Who goes on holidays with babies knows what it is like: babies have special needs. This is exactly what our Family Hotel Biancaneve offers: baby equipment, baby food, baby care. In this way also the parents can enjoy their well-deserved holiday.

It is not always easy to meet the taste of the kids. We know how to do so. With lots of healthy ingredients in the kids’ dishes.

We only use products of high quality for our kids' dishes. The Biancaneve- Team offers special children’s dishes at lunchtime: a large choice of salads, antipasti and starters, main dishes and desserts. For dinner we offer their favourite dishes from the children- friendly- menu. In the afternoon the kids can get cakes and desserts (sweet and salty).

Our kitchenette in the Mini Club is accessible 24/7, here you can find a stove, a microwave, a sterilizer and a frozen food compartment. In our restaurant, we offer bibs, highchairs, stools and colourful children’s tableware for a colourful eating fun.

Of course we prepare also meals suitable for kids with allergies, we offer vegetarian dishes, gluten- free meals and bland diet. Please inform us about your needs and wishes in advance.

GOURMET KITCHEN FOR ADULTS

Our Family Hotel Biancaneve stands for Gourmet and Pleasure! The hotel is known since quite a long time as good address for nice taste and seductive culinary art. Our Chef de Cuisine Herbert Pramsohler, working with us already since 5 years, will impress you with flavourful creations and best professional skills, coupled with premium products and creativity. He is working every day with his team for your relish: Menus for gourmets are prepared with love and accuracy, subtle and delicious – from the Mediterranean to the International to the Regional to the Vegetarian Cuisine.

  • Breakfast buffet with a big choice of bread, fruits, cereals, yogurt, assorted cold cuts and spreads, juices, jams, big tea selection and a large choice of delicacies freshly prepared for you in the show kitchen
  • At lunchtime small dishes from the buffet are served (included in the price for children): salads, starters and antipasti, cold cuts, daily main dishes, desserts.
  • In the afternoon the culinary service of the Hotel offers fresh cakes and sweet and salty snacks
  • In the evening we serve a five- course- Gourmet- dinner with a rich buffet of salads, starters and antipasti, as well as desserts and a choice of cheeses.

On request we also prepare bland diet and vegetarian dishes
